The House:

Casa Jago dall'Ora is located in a historic hamlet with an enclosed and private courtyard
immersed within the property's vineyard.

The house was carefully renovated in 2023 becoming to all intents and purposes
a green house, thus lowering any negative impact on the environment.

On the ground floor with access to the private and equipped garden
there is an openspace with open kitchen and living room, a bathroom, and a storage room.

A convenient staircase or internal elevator leads to the second floor, where there are
two bedrooms each with a private bathroom.

The house is equipped with electric gate, convenient two-car garage with
automatic sectional door, external video surveillance and alarm system.

The living area

A spacious and bright ground-floor space that directly overlooks the garden with large windows that offer a beautiful view.

The sitting area is equipped with comfortable sofas and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, moka coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, tablecloths and tea towels.

You will find everything you need to cook comfortably or you can simply enjoy the various food delicacies that you can conveniently have delivered to your doorstep.

The sleeping area

The two very bright rooms with double beds, located on the second floor, are easily accessible by a staircase or an internal elevator.
Both rooms feature private, windowed bathrooms and air conditioning.

The beds guarantee good rest thanks to comfortable mattresses, cotton toppers and memory pillows.

The bed and bath linens that will be provided have been carefully chosen with only natural elements such as cotton and wool.

Full refund - Refund of 100%

of the amount paid for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking

Partial refund - Refund of 50%

of the amount paid (less booking fees) for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

No refund

No refund for cancellations made less than 29 days before check-in.

The property will make every effort to assess cancellation policies with the client on a case-by-case basis.
